E-tickets

Your e-tickets are emailed to the email address supplied once the transaction has completed. Alternatively, your tickets will be available to download from the "My Account" section of this website.

Then simply take your phone/tablet or a print out of your e-tickets to be scanned on the gate at the show.

Merchandise delivery times and charges

To the United Kingdom

Delivery is FREE to the UK.

We now work on a '7-10 working day' rule for items in stock ordered Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. (*Excludes Subscription orders), however some items are posted out much more quickly!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that this does not take into account any current localised issues. For all areas and all order types, please allow up to the maximum of 28 days for delivery.


To the EUROPEAN UNION

Orders are posted & packaged same time as above, but normally take up to 10 - 15 working days to be delivered, depending upon destination.


To the WORLD (inc. USA)

Orders are posted Standard AirMail and should arrive within 15 - 20 working days, subject to postal conditions.
